Every order ships within 1-2 business days with tracking. Delivery typically runs 6-10 business days in the US and UK, and 7-12 business days in Canada.
Do you ship to Canada or the UK?
Yes. We ship tracked to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
How do I track my order?
You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also enter your order number on the Track Your Order page any time.
What is your return policy?
You are covered for 90 days: full refund within 30 days of delivery, free exchange or replacement up to 90 days if something is wrong with your order. Email hello@maplena.com and a real person makes it right.
What sizes do your socks come in?
Sweater Socks come in two sizes, US 5-8 and US 8.5-12 (women's shoe sizes). Halloween Socks come in one stretchy size that fits US women's 6.5-11.
How do I wash them?
Machine wash cold, then hang to dry to keep the knit soft. If you need the dryer, use low heat on a gentle cycle: high heat is what wears the knit down. Skip bleach.
